The Recruiter/Sales Consultant is responsible for all facets of this multi-tasked recruiting role. These tasks include, but not limited to:

• Recruitment - sourcing and staffing qualified medical personnel.
• Sales - marketing and procurement of a strong client base.
• Account management - developing, maintaining and deepening client relationships.
• And of course, the ability to put all of these facets together is a highly valued asset!

Our ideal candidate is a highly organized, independent, team player with exceptional collaboration, communication and telephone skills. Working skills with a minimum of 3-year's sales/recruiting experience are preferred along with solid knowledge of MS Word & Excel and a strong goal oriented drive and desire. Some college education is preferred. A strong telephone sales background is a huge plus!
